Sinopsis Drama Korea Confession
Menceritakan tentang kasus yang melibatkan kebenaran yang tersembunyi di balik sebuah hukum. Saat Choi Do Hyun (Lee Jun Ho) masih kecil, ia mengidap penyakit jantung. Choi Do Hyun menghabiskan masa kecilnya di rumah sakit. Suatu ketika ia memiliki kesempatan untuk melakukan Transplantasi jantung.
Namun, hal yang tak terduga menimpa keluarga Choi Do Hyun. Tepat setelah operasi Transplantasi jantung berhasil, Ayah Choi Do Hyun dituduh telah melakukan pembunuhan, sehingga harus di hukum mati. Demi menyelidiki kasus Sang Ayah, ketika dewasa Choi Do Hyun menjadi seorang pengacara.
